Improving work performance by eliminating the need for a reinforcing ring

For liner plate vertical shafts, it is common to use reinforcement rings as needed.Because the J Smart Wall does not require a reinforcing ring, work related to the ring is eliminated, such as material hanging and joining, thus greatly improving work performance.

Reducing number of assembly pieces

Both J Plank Plates and J Plank Segments, two types of the J Smart Wall, are available in larger pieces than liner plates.This significantly reduces the number of pieces when the same vertical shaft is built.

Efficient assembly using dedicated jigs

Because the J Smart Wall is used in a larger piece than liner plates, a crane and special jigs are required to install them in place.Dedicated jigs can efficiently align and position a suspended piece to the installed J Smart Wall, improving work performance.
